The video was projected in the Overture Center lobby in conjunction with the Wisconsin Film Festival. Pedestrians walking down a cold, wintery State Street could peer into the window and see the large-scale moving imagery of blues + greens, and be momentarily enlightened by a feeling of intrigue and curiosity of underwater sensations.
